Barbecue Ribs ingredients list:
4 lb of spare ribs, cut up.
1 cup of packed brown sugar.
½ cup of chili Sauce.
¼ cup of ketchup.
¼ cup of soy sauce.
¼ cup of dark rum.
¼ cup of Worcestershire sauce.
1 teaspoon of dry mustard.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
Dash of pepper.
Instructions for Barbecue Ribs:
Wrap the spare ribs in foil and bake for 90 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Unwrap and drain off drippings.
Mix together all of the ingredients and pour over the ribs.
Marinate at ambient temperature for 60 minutes.
Grill for 30 minutes, while basting with sauce.
